RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No exchange no return. Contact us with any questions before you purchase the item. We want to make sure things go right the first time and are here to help. Store pickup sales are also final and exchanges are not allowed.

For health purposes – Lingerie and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any item returned without authorization (RMA) may be refused or charged a 25% restocking fee. Any item or package refused may be charged additional processing fees up to $10 per refused shipment. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and policies.

SIZE POLICY
You must follow our size charts and use your latest measurements. Sizes vary among products therefore our size charts and size calculations are very important. Contact us if you have any questions about how to size an item. If you have been sent the wrong item or there was an error in what your recieved notify us within 10 days. With pre-authorization you may request a correction for the exact item you purchase. Authorization must be obtained first. All sales are final. Especially Lingerie and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason for health purposes.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. In the fast changing world of fashion items may become unavailable. We will try to suggest a replacement but we will promptly cancel the order should the item become unavailable.

Availability for each product is shown near the order button on the product page and shows the usual time needed for processing before shipping. For example "Usually Ships in 2-3 Business Days" shows the time we need to pick and package the item. Then you will add the time for your selected Shipping Method to that. All items are while supplies last.

What is z(out)? We mark items that are back ordered or sold out with z(sold-out) in front of the item name so that our shoppers can quickly identify items that are not currently in our warehouse. These may be available again soon but please contact us first to make sure. These items take longer to process. Sorry, our webite does not automatically track inventory levels so items may sell out before it is updated on our site.

SHIPPING

Exact Shipping and Handling fee is calculated at check out and depends on your location and items selected. All shipping and processing times are business days and don't include Saturday and Sunday.

You can see your cost before check out by placing the item in your basket and continue to step 2 of checkout.

- Ground Shipping is approximately $7.25 and 5 to 10 days for delivery
We ship from the West Coast (San Francisco).
- Air Shipping is approximately $14 to $28 and 2-3 days for delivery. We offer UPS 2 day Air and UPS 3 day Select.
All shipping times and Method Names shown are measured in Business days and don't include Saturday or Sunday.

- HOLIDAY RUSH SHIPPING: Place the date you need the items in the shipping notes or comments. If we can't make that date we will notify you and cancel the order if you want us to.

UPS Next Day Afternoon (3 pm) will be offered during this Holiday Season. Please call if you need help with a RUSH order. (415) 285-4980

Total delivery times are calculated by adding the time needed process and pack your items (shown next to the item on the item description page) and your selected Shipping Method time. For example if the item says "usually ships next business day" and you choose "UPS 2 day Air" for your shipping method your item will be delivered to your door in 3 business days. To help clarify shipping times we will notify you of estimated shipping dates and tracking numbers by email.

All items are inspected prior to shipping therefore damage claims must be taken to the shipping carrier.

At this time we ship outside the United States on a limited basis.
We ship through U.S. Mail to England, Australia and Canada. SORRY NO OTHER INTERNATIONAL or OVERSEAS ORDERS.
Canada may take additional processing. Duties and Import Taxes not included in shipping or handling fees.
Due to international laws and manufacture restrictions we reserve the right to refuse shipment of items to foreign countries.
